This week in Maths, we have  been using column subtraction with an exchange. We have had so much fun in English this week! Our teachers dressed up like ringmasters and invited us to a circus after playtime. Our corridor was decorated like a circus tent and there were hot dogs cooking, popcorn and circus music. We thought about what we can see, hear, smell and feel at the circus and created a setting description using expanded noun phrases. In History, we looked at different types of stone age houses and discussed how they changed from the stone to the iron age. In Science we started a new topic about forces and magnets and did some experiments to test forces using a ping pong ball.
