School Lunch Menu
Our school meals are provided by Lancashire Catering Services and are cooked on our premises by our friendly kitchen staff. Children have a choice of 3 options for their school meal which they will chose on the day and they will also recieve a puddng. The current menu is available to download at the bottom of this page. We have been awarded the Schools Healthier Choices Award for our school meal offer.
On our latest Public Health visit, the school kitchen scored 5 out of 5 for cleanliness & hygiene.
Meals cost £2.70 per day, which is payable through the Arbor Parent Portal. We ask that all meals are ordered and paid for one school week in advance. All Infant children are currently entitled to a free meal each day through the Government scheme.
If you are in receipt of certain benefits you will be entitled to claim free school meals. It is very important that you do this, even if your Infant child receives a Universal Free Meal under the Government scheme, or brings a packed lunch. School receives extra funding each year for every child registered for Free School Meals in the form of a Pupil Premium payment amounting to £1,320 for each eligible child.
